Spindle for automobiles
This product is used to match welded ram bridge shell on various
autos and drive bridge of engineering machinery. The various hollow
spindles made up of solid bars using technology of war industry,
after gone through medium frequency heating process, are directly
extruded inside the closed moulds on the press. Comparing with the
traditional solid spindles, produced by forge hammer, the new
product needs less or even no inner surface processing, saving a
great deal of manpower and material consumption. And it has an
excellent metal streamline, fine and close tissue, and good fatigue
resistance. Totally over one million tests have been done for that
on the test-bed. The process pioneers in China and reaches advanced
level in the world among like products. It is appraised as one of
the Key New Products of the state jointly by five ministries and
committees including the State Science and Technology Committee of
PRC, the State Technology Supervision Administration, and the State
Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs. The semi-bushes specified for
Benchi heavy trucks have received a passport to substitute imported
ones after inspection by German experts.
We have developed over 200 different products including the series
of spindles for heavy, medium, light sized trucks and army
vehicles, wheel side supporting shafts for loaders, fork trucks,
and other engineering machinery, as well as semi-finished gear
wheels. The total annual production reaches 1,200,000 pieces, a
substantial portion of which has been exported to international
market. We are also the appointed producer by DongFeng Motor
Corporation, China National Heavy Truck Group Corporation, China
FAW Group Corporation, Jianghuai Group and Baotou Beifang-Benchi
Heavy-duty Truck Co., Ltd.
We have now become the largest specialized production base for
